Convert Using OpenSSL/Bash (Linux/Unix)

Select what to extract from the PFX file:

Default: No options selected (default) — The key and all certificates in the input file are exported as one .pem output.

Extract Private Key Only: Only the private key is extracted as a .pem output.

Extract Certificates Only: Only the certificates included in the input file are extracted as a single .pem output.

Output Separate Files: This will output two .pem files — one containing only the private key, and the other including all certificates from the input.

OpenSSL/Bash (Linux/Unix) Command:

openssl pkcs12 -in certificate.pfx -out certificate.pem -nodes

Note: This command creates a single .pem output containing all certificates and the unencrypted private key. If the input file contains CA chain certificates, they will be included in the output.
